Aloha All:
Hoping all is well with everyone.
A previous blog posting flooded me with comments concerning a statement I made about keeping it real and personal on my website.
I am a PET FRIENDLY (RA) ABR and Military Relocation Specialist.
Being pet friendly my website www.dennislubrano.com
is filled with pet oriented links and pet photos. I am even attempting to get other pet friendly REALTORS from around the world together to form a referral network. It is a work in progress and I intend to have it filled with pages and links dedicated to pets of all kinds withlinks, and photo pages and more.
I am never too busy for any of your referrals, they are the very core of my business!
Yes I am a RA however I love pets. So pets will be a BIG PART of my real estate website. So that is why I am asking are you REAL or just REAL ESTATE when it comes to your website content. I like visitors to know about me so they can decide in advance if I am the right person to work with whether it be marketing the sale of their home or helping them find a new one, if not an investment or even a rental through the property management section of RE/MAX Honolulu if they realize buying is not right for them.
I like to have humor in my website in such a way as not to take the seriousness or professionalism away from real estate, just make it human and personable.
I do not want the total content to be listings, charts and graphs and calculators etc are geared strictly for real estate alone.
Many of you may or may not agree with me, this is your right. I work a lot with Military families that relocate to and from Hawaii so I value everyones' FREEDOM. This is what allows me the right to voice my opinions here just like the rest of you. Operation RE/MAX is an area of RE/MAX I highly believe in and wrk with whenever I have the opportunity.
So in closing I just like t say in your websites be sure t be real along with your real estate.
Take care.
