Tagging your telephone notes with the minor details people pepper their conversation with can win you a special place in their heart. Keeping in mind that life beyond the real estate transaction is just as important as the real estate deal and can win you future referrals. Basically taking a few extra notes and bringing them up the next time you talk with your prospect/client lets them know you are a listener.
