Busy busy busy Happy happy happy!

I was on my way to Boise yesterday for the monthly MLS Rules and Reg meeting, my cell phone was ringing constantly driving me nuts.  At one point I pulled over and just concentrated on the calls (I know I should do that every time.). I was ready to throw the thing out the window when it hit me  NO this is the way I like it!!  I was rearranging my schedule to fit in the showings that came up getting hold of people, consulting with Daniela to see who was going to do what.  She thought she would have a home office day working on web stuff.  HAH!  I punched up market share earlier this week and the numbers way confirm my feelings about how our company is doing.  Everyone's numbers are down BUT Remax Tri-Cities is doing great!  We are number one in Payette County and a close number 3 in Malheur County in Oregon!  For you city guys we are talking way small markets here. We're a bunch of big personality people who have worked well together for quite a while - we just want to sell (and sometimes buy) real estate.  We're very into cooperation and being easy to do business with.  All this makes me HAPPY!
