While the inventory of homes for sale in Shoreview remains fairly static, there are homes with offers being made and offers being accepted. When you have an offer that has been accepted, it is very wise to have a home inspection done. Costs vary, but usually in the $225-$400 range, and usually based on size, and probably the best way to spend your money when making a decision on this huge investment. Ask your REALTOR for a recommendation, or check the internet and/or Yellow Pages for some ideas.
