Bass Lake Real Estate

Bass Lake is a beautiful place to vacation. The majority of homes here are second homes and vacation rentals. We have a lot of properties on the market right now and homes are moving very slowly. If you or your clients like beautiful scenery and boating, Bass Lake is for you (or them). There is Jazz on the Lake every Friday night from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are rental homes, a hotel (Ducey's on the Lake) with chalets and boat and jet ski rentals at the Marina. There are fireworks on Sunday night and family movie night on Monday night (on the lake).
