Bellagio Yes, Las Vegans, there is actually a farm in the north part of the valley where you can pick fresh fruit from the trees.

It's called Gilcrease Orchard and you may need a map to get there, but you will be pleased with the outcome.  It's over 50 acres with 6,000 trees.

They make their own cider from the apples they grow!  Open Tuesday through Sunday.  You can call them at (702) 645-1126

Denise, this is definitely a place where a little 'sweat equity' pays off, especially if you like fresh produce. Here's a picture of my haul from my blog last year. Also had a gallon of cider and all was under $20. This year I believe most of the per pound produce is @ 65¢.
