Clovis, Ca Market Stats- Brief

As of today, there have been 578 residential sales in Clovis, not including any FSBO's. Currently there are 581 active residential listings. 249 pending sales, 81 REO's and 91 short sale listings.

Average selling price of 311k and 81 days on market. Homes that sold in the first 30 days on market brought almost 99% of list price.

Stats are from Fresno MLS and are not guaranteed. Had to throw that in !

Bob,

Thank you very much for the post. Would you happen to have stats on what the percentage of homes that have sold in the last 3-6 months for what they appraised for or at least close?

Hi Fred, nope don't have those. My guess would be a very high percentage because if they don't appraise, they don't sell. At least for the most part.
