In the real estate market we are always on a job interview everyday. What I mean is that every time we are on a listing presentation we are be interviewed for the job and we always come across reasons why or objections to use. Some of the example are, I like you and your presentation but I am going to go with a more experienced agent, or I do not want to deal with someone I know and etc. I was just wondering what other people have come across and what rebuttals they have used to turn the negative into a positive.
