Immigrants - Immigrants comprised 40% of new households from 2000 to 2005, and

 Immigrants allocate more income for housing, offering 39% on average to 28% for Americans.

 by 2010, Hispanic purchasing power will equal the third largest economy in the western hemisphere, rivaling Brazil's economy.

Women - From 1980 to 2000, households headed by unmarried women rose by ~10 million, and

 Female home ownership is just 23%.
 Single women represent 20% of recent home buyers, which is a ~50% increase from 2000.
 83% of single female home buyers choose single-family homes over condominiums.
 Women will head 28% of households by 2010.
