Oh Goodness!  I love these homes.  I love the desert.  I bet the interiors are beautiful too.  What a fabulous community.

Jeff, I'm always fascinated by the market in other parts of the country.  Your 'sale' prices would be at the top, top end of our market here in Michigan.  I'm curious...what were the prices of these homes prior to the sale?  What kind of a bargain are potential buyers likely to get?

Thanks for the positive comments. This is a great community, IMO, and I have show these homes to a number of buyers. The prices have dropped over $100,000 which is substantial, don't you think? It appears that they will look at offers, as opposed to only accepting full price, but that remains to be seen. Buyers need to keep in mind landscapping is not included, and that can add $50K or more depending on what you do.

They are clearly anxious to sell these last remaining homes and move on to the next project.

Do you know why the HOA are SO HIGH, in La Costa Ridge no club no pool ???

Do you feel the prices wil drop on next phase and how low do you think they will go on the last few homes

Interested in plan 1 or 2..
