Are YOU to Professional for MYSPACE? I just found a buyer there!

Are you to professional for MYSPACE?

You know when I first joined MYSPACE, I really didn't have any expectations of this online community.

I thought, let me hop on to first see what it is all about. Unfortunately, there were times when I joined other online forums and it really turned out to be a complete waste of my time. In the beginning I wasn't really sure what to expect of MYSPACE. Perverts, creepy people, pyscho's, EX-BOYFRIENDS and the like.

But, to my surprise...it (MYSPACE) has turned out to be a wonderful experience. If you use its features and tools the way they are intended to be used...good things can happen to you and for you.

Just in case you didn't notice..MYSPACE is the Law of Attraction at its finest. Think about it..you send me a nice note..then I send you one. You send me business...then I send you business. You have a product or service I need...I have a product or service you need...etc and so on.

For those of you that are still not so sure..let me name a few benefits that I have personally experienced as a result of the MYSPACE:

1. Connecting with old friends (from HS days)

2. Connecting with business partners and affiliates

3. Getting business leads

4. Expanding your resources and sphere of influence

5. Meeting, emailing and talking to various celebrities & up and comings

Well, I think you get the picture. So, in closing I guess all I really wanted to say is to remember to use the MYSPACE for what it was originally intended to do.

And in my opinion that is to open up a world of opportunities for you to connect and reconnect with people and organizations who have the ability to help take you to the next level all with the click and tap of a mouse.

Recently, something pretty amazing happened. My buyer actually found me on MYSPACE. Not only did he find me, the buyer ended up being a friend that I attended JR High and High School with. So, in other words I have known this person for...over 15 years!

So, BEFORE you judge MYSPACE too prematurely, explore it first and you just might be surprised what could happen.

Congratulations, Denise! I have had a myspace since before I was an agent. So when I became licensed, I just had to spread the word. Myspace is also great for blogging. I have come into contact with a lot of people that I wouldn't have otherwise, with myspace.

I like myspace, although I have used it more personally than professionally. I use Facebook for professional friends but I have few personal ones there as well. I joined AR, Facebook and Myspace at the same time a couple of months ago and AR far aout weighs what I have gotten on either of the others.

Congrats Denise. I use Myspace mainly for personal not professional but I did receive a buyer referral from an old friend from H.S. that I reconnected with. However, I do blog about being a Realtor from time to time on Myspace and my website is listed.

Congratulations, Denise! I have had a myspace for quite a while now, but my biggest problem is that single men all want to be my friend! Myspace is also great for blogging, although I have not much of it there. I have come into contact with a lot of people that I wouldn't have otherwise, with myspace. One buyer prospect contacted me, he was interested in purchasing a house for 25,000.

Obviously, nothing happened with that prospect!
