The National Real Estate Network has gained in popularity of real estate investing associations in South East Michigan. Mark Maupin offers a variety of topics for each month’s meeting, often listening to his members as they ask about the next event or when there will be a specific speaker or topic being discussed. “Many of my members have been asking about legal and accounting advice lately,” said Mark Maupin, “so I’ve invited a real estate attorney and a CPA to be on a panel of experts to answer questions at the next meeting.”

Richard White, real estate, attorney, and noted author will be one of the members of the panel. Markwei Boye, accountant, registered IRS agent, and noted author, who specializes in investor accounting will also be on the panel. They are prepared to answer the toughest questions investors and business owners can bring.

This meeting is designed for networking from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with vendors that service small businesses, and real investors. The following are some the vendors who will be present at the meeting:

• Mark Lang, Provost of the Entrepreneurial Department of Wayne Community College, will be present to answer questions on small business loans, and programs designed to help investors and small businesses. See Mark at the Wayne County Community College table.

• Dayn Benson will answer questions on how to take your small business to a National level. Dayn works for a company that has taken many small businesses National. Look for his banner on Small Business and talk to him. Dayn will help with your questions on financial evaluations, free directory listings, and access to thousands of legal documents.

• Larry Baker, Board Member of Oakland REIA, will be sharing information about Ron LeGrand, the king of Commercial and investment real estate. Check with Larry on upcoming events at his table.

• Levet Ogden-Burtley will be offering consumer-direct-marketing business that can enhance your current business. She will show wellness products that help families maintain good health through stressful situations. Check out her table.

• Karen Maupin, and Art Daniels of National Real Estate Network table, will be present to answer question on the services and benefits of Club membership.
