Linda:  Do you live in Mistletoe Hill ?  And yes, this is in Mistletoe Hill.  I sold it to these wonderful folks three years ago.  They have really enjoyed the home... and are sad to leave it.

No, I live on down McAlister from there. I think it's a great neighborhood and we keep going over and looking at a home over there that we would like to buy, but...even though I tell clients what they need to do to get ready to sell their home, I don't want to follow my own advice! LOL (You should see my attic! Yikes!)
