Great tips-I make sure to keep in touch with the buyers and that *I* am also sending them all of the right property information.  I do not really push my buyers to buy because they will buy when the time is right for them and I just want to be there to help and guide them when that right time comes.

Christian thanks for the advice.  As our business changes it stays the same.  There is still one basic principal and that is good strong communication
