- 93 re-sale homes currently for sale, (lowest inventory in past 9 months) down from prior of months 102/114/122/134/132/150/156/161/156 respectively.
- 27 pending sales, currently in escrow, the highest in 9 months. Compared to 24/17/23/12/6/9/9/6/8 in prior months.
- 20 homes closed escrow in June compared to 14/21/13/8/8/13/13/23/15, respectively in prior months.
Condominium sales activity for June ~ Condos/town-homes range from $250,000.00 to 550,000.
- 13 condo/town homes currently for sale, compared to 13/14/21/17/34/29/30/28 in preceding months.
- 1 pending sale went into escrow in June, the same as last month and compared to 5/2/2/0/3/5/2/5/7 in prior months.
- 5 properties closed escrow, as compared to 4/2/2/0/3/3/2/4/6/4, respectively in preceding months.
*It's important to note of the 107 properties currently for sale in our City of Brea (single family homes and condos combined) 41 of those properties are identified as either a short sale property (a homeowner who owes more than the selling/offered price) or are foreclosued properties now owned by the lender, which represent slightly more than 38% of the existing inventory.
