Can You Find This Wall ?  Others are looking for it, too.  Why ?  Yes... why is a great question !  It's because... on the other side of this wall... is going to be one of the coolest Townhouse Neighborhoods that Carrollton has ever seen.

Right now... what is behind this wall is a super-secret.  It's a secret, and will stay that way... unless you give ME a call... and ask me about it.  Right now, it's "mum's the word..." but... call me... talk me into telling... and I just might.

Actually... behind this wall is going to be an absolutely gorgeous Townhouse Community of about two hundred Townhouses.  Twelve different floor plans, and each building of Townhouses will have both a traditional brick exterior, and another exterior that features stone... similar to that which is on "the wall !"

If you have been roaming around the general Carrollton area... bumping into walls and posts... while looking for a Townhouse that tickles your fancy, and lights up your imagination... maybe your time has come.  If you are ready to go from "Just Looking" to "Let's Get Serious"... call Karen Anne Stone of New Home Hunters DFW at the Homes Hotline at (469) 713-9725.  Or... Karen Anne can be reached at KarenAnneStone@gmail.com .

Well Karen.....I too was wondering what is behind the wall.  Praytell please tell or can you keep a secret?

Pam:  Oh sure, I can tell you.  It is going to be the entrance to a brand new neighborhood of about 200 townhouses.  Not the typical kind, but homes with very interesting architectural front elevations on them.  No cookie-cutter stuff.  I am excited about them.  And wow... I take pretty good pictures, huh ?  :)

Hi Karen Anne... If what's behind the wall looks as good as the wall itself these will be great looking townhomes!

Steve:  Just my silly attempt at trying to raise some curiosity about the new neighborhood.  The townhouses are really going to be great.  Great units, and probably at half the price of the townhomes in Uptown.

Karen Anne - That was an absolutely GREAT post! You really capture the imagination and get people thinking.  And you've got a call to action in there - contact you to find out what's behind the wall.  Too bad I'm not closer or I'd try to visit that wall, too!

Renae:  Thank you so much for your kind words.  Oftentimes posts like this that feature property just sit here without comments... so I am thrilled that you, Steve and Pam shared your views with me.  This little neighborhood is really going to be great... and from the 190's... I think they are a great value, too.  Again... thanks for commenting.

Oh, you're quite welcome, Karen Anne!  The way you wrote this post really did spark my curiosity!  And I can tell that you have a lot of passion about this new community being built.  I'm sure it shows through to your buyer prospects as well!
