Bad Phone call I was having a happy real estate day here in Rocky Point Mexico. A Buyer has been circling about, and finally landed on a property. We left with a firm offer, scheduled to meet later this week. The Bad phone call was that his "Friend" who was with him and previewed the property, has a "Better" property and will sell it to him. OUCH! I am still shocked, and can't even think about the all the hours invested. I guess he was good enough to call instead of standing me up next week. My next plan for the day involves pizza, wings, and Cerveza.
