So your Michigan home is not selling.  Here is a simple home selling tip that many sellers never bother to do.  Open the Drapes and let the light in.  You will be surprised at how many homes I go into with buyers and it is dark.  Turn on the lights when you have a showing.  Get rid of the heavy curtains.  Open the shades and drapes.

Dark is good for restaurants and kitchens that you don't want to know what you are eating, but in Michigan real estate let the light shine in!!!!!
