Georgina - absouletly loved the port hole archway and your right it looks like an artists dream home

Kathy - It's a real mix of influences. This owner has built many homes, and this is his dream.

The Hunter captures a lot of great features on this home. As another agent in the office who represents this property, it is worth noting that it also offers some really nice privacy. It is one of two properties located behind a gate. It is also located on over 7 acres. Part of the acreage has been terraced. It is up to the next owner as to how they want to best utilized the terraced land. This is a really one of a kind property. If you are wondering, that is a copper roof too!

Thanks for the added value Pete. I didn't want to bring up the copper roof thing... haha. I guess the scary dog and the locked gate should provide ample security.
