Mirela Monte is proud to announce the sale of yet another fine North Myrtle Beach Town Home at Robbers Roost.

Robbers Roost, beautifully nestled in the verdant setting of Tilghman Estates is one of the best kept secrets of North Myrtle Beach.  A quick golf cart ride gets you to both the ocean and shopping.  The location is ideal for anyone interested in the easy Beach Lifestyle.

Tilghman Estates' homes' values reflect the beauty extant here, with million dollar price tags de rigueur.  My buyer clients got a deal indeed.  They purchased this lovely 2BR/2BA Robber's Roost town home (upstairs/downstairs), corner unit for only $ 135,000.  The town home came furnished, with incredible views of the Nature Preserve, and only steps to the tennis courts and pools.  It has both a screened in porch and a huge deck upstairs overlooking the Preserve.

This was the least expensive town home sold at Robbers' Roost all year.   There were five other sales of identical units ranging in price from $ 168,000 to $ 151,500.  Mirela Monte only represented the Buyers, who are ecstatic about their new home at the Beach.  Yet another Mirela Monte Clients' success story...  You could be next!

Congrats Mirela!  I've never been to Myrtle Beach but it is on my list of places to visit in the future when the kids grow up and I have free time for me.   If I ever get there, I'll stop at your office and we'll have a cup of tea together!

Thank you for the congratulations!  I've had several closings this week, as I do every week.  I've been trying to write local content hoping to get into the new localism at the state level.  Yesterday I noticed that my competitor wrote a blog built exactly the same as this one and he made it in, so I just copied the format and guess what?  It works!  This post made it at the state level AND at the local level.

Feel free to copy the title, substituting your unique area.  Copy the format and voila:  you too, willl be featured at your state and local level.

It's a silly title (too redundant), but apparently it works!  It made it on Google's first page, competing with entities who spend some serious dough on their Internet advertising.   My competitor is so smart!  Thank you, you know who you are!

Are you starting to work that Localism angle?  Congratulations on the closing.... but I have to admit, I prefer your "fun" blogs!!

Robert:  Sorry about this blog!  It's the perfunctory stuff and it did the job quite well: front page on Google AND Localism.com North Myrtle Beach coverage AND SC coverage.  Not too shabby...  Should score me some new leads...

Blogs like this one are only meant to be read by potential leads...  For my AR friends I write the fun posts (many of them "Members Only").  You have to admit that for someone shopping the North Myrtle Beach condo market this post is very adequate and educational...
