Remember Steve Fossett?  He is the adventurer who went missing during a solo flight last September.  He attended Washington University in St. Louis, and we have been following him for years.

Well, in February of this year, they pronounced him dead, but his body has never been found.  They recently started searching for him again, hoping to find him somewhere in the western Nevada mountains.

Unfortunately, he hasn't been found.  For his family's sake, I hope he is found someday soon.

That's so strange.  I really do hope they find him soon, closure is so important for the family.

I hope they do find him for his families sake.  Not knowing has to be very hard.

From everything that was on the news it seems that the area where he may have crashed was remote and hard to search.  I think they did find at least one other missing plane during his search.  With all of Steve's money and resources you can't imagine that they didn't turn over every rock possible to find him.

It is sad that he has not been found yet. I feel badly that his family has been stuck in limbo all this time. I hope they find him soon.

Eric - I think that's a good question!  However, I don't know the answer to that one...

Stacey-Ann - I agree.  I hope they find him soon, too.

Dick - I'm sure it is... I couldn't even imagine it...

Cindy - I know they tried very hard.  I'm not sure, but I don't think they've completely given up.

Betina - I know that time heals, but it helps to have closure...
