Angus ~ very nice listing. I really enjoy the way you have presented it, so completely to include the inside shots and the floorplan! Going that extra mile certainly is helpful to the buyer who has many questions!
Very nice listing. I have one suggestion though. When scanning a floor plan. Open it in paint and magnify. Then move across the entire image and remove any black spots or writing that you don't need. It makes the image look cleaner.
Angus, about a week ago, I received titlework on some duplexes I have under contract here, and noticed the paperwork came from Naperville, Illinois. The client lives in Chicago and is buying rentals and retiring here.
Then, last week, a couple from a small town close to Naperville, bought a home after looking for 3 years. They are going to try to sell their home themselves, then move here. I told them about you. I'll get their name and email and send it to you.
Gorgeous Listing - Incredible Detail inside and a storybook, old world charm look on the outside. Can't imagine there is another one like it - what do the other homes in the neighborhood lool like?
If a relocation client is looking at Naperville and Long Grove- where I sell real estate, its a big decision for them, which is the right city for them. I'll keep you in mind if they decide on Naperville

Sherry - What is really amazing is that this is a non-MLS listing (until next week - no sign either) and we have had many showings as a result of e-mail and flyer marketing - a few second showings as well..
