Here I am again to report in! I FINALLY sold this great house and sold it to some people who are master renovators here in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. Potential buyers are crazy if they don't buy in this great "buyers" market. The interest rates are at a all time low and you can pick and choose your dream house today. We have so many houses for sale in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines, and the Whispering Pines area and all around Moore County!
What a great market it is...for us all to work harder and smarter! Thats all it takes!
I'm also SO looking forward to Raincamp next week in Charlotte!
