As always I am scouring the internet to find the best resources for buyers and seller's in Seattle.  Here is one of my favorite web sites for buyer's.  It's called WalkScore.com.  From the main page you can type in any address and it will populate a map showing all the neighborhood features.  Coffee shops, restaurants, hardware stores, grocery stores, parks, schools, etc.  Each category has a dropdown menue to show all the items in a given category in the area.  It is a great resource for those of you thinking of buying in a particular neighborhood.  Go on and see where the nearest gym or theater is.  Give it a try.  WalkScore also provides an overall score for each address.  The number from 1-100 represents the overall "walkability" of a neighborhood.
