Apartment rentals in Memphis TN

I have been the owner of Apartment Selector for 12 years , I work with 95% of the apartments in the mid south area. I am always always amazed at the ratings on apartment ratings.com. All negative about the management and the managers. Before starting Apartment Selector I worked with the several big management companies here in Memphis so I know that owners want to offer a good product and make the renter happy so they stay. And as I tell my renters I have town requirement's pay your rent and be a good neighbor.
