What is your best Realtor lingo? I like to show home sellers ALL the services I offer, and ask two very simple questions.

"Which of these services is going to be the ONE that sells your home?"

The typical response is muttered, "I don't know!"

Then, I ask, "What if you chose a Realtor that didn't offer that ONE service?"

I am proud of my work, and I know I offer many services - so why shouldn't I point it out???

I believe that you get what you pay for. There are many reasons why some agents are successfull and others fail.

This is good. I think that you need to know your USP or unique selling proposition.  If you don't, you need to learn it quick our you're out of the game soon.

Having a lingo is important in anything you do. They tell new agents to practice in front of a mirror. Listing appointments are the #1 biggest fear I hear from new agents. It comes back to being prepared. Many companies send new agents out there with a sink or swim mentality.
