Hello active rain members,

I am fairly new to this whole concept of blogging. I actually joined AR in February '08 but just started my profile,..... made one post at that time, and that was about it.

Recently, I have been exploring the site and reading some of the Great Posts ( Blogs ) from many of you. WOW!

I have a lot to learn about using the site correctly and am trying to get up to speed. I look at other members profiles and I am amazed at all of the associations, associates, etc., etc.,.....

Well anyway,  my name is Jerry Santoro, I live in Middletown, NJ and currently I am a Mortgage Planning Specialist with HFG, parent company of New Jersey Home Funding Group. My office is located in Morganville,NJ right in the center of the State. I have been originating loans since 1994 and have been with NJHFG since 2002. We have an office in Henderson,NV also. I do have the ability to originate loans across the country and have worked with many First Time Home Buyers helping them achieve the "American Dream".

I'll stop here since I don't want to get long winded and ramble. So hello to all. Please feel free to contact me any time with questions, comments, or advice. I look forward to meeting many of you and becoming an "Active Member" of AR!

Hello Jerry, welcome to ActiveRain.  It is a great place to explore and learn (when you have the chance).  Ideally, if you spend at least an hour a day on the Rain, you will gain some great knowledge and insight into our business of selling real estate.  Good luck to you and have fun learning and exploring!
