Frustrations,part two

Ok....so settlement on Friday went almost smoothly.ALMOST! The upside is that I learn something new from every settlement.AGENTS---some advice---Double-check your clients license prior to settlement.Make sure the licenses aren't expired.Our you will have to make a lovely trip to the DMV in order for everyone to receive a check. Luckily,I had an awesome buyer who was more then cooperative. HAHAHA
