One of our choices for spending quality family time together this weekend was at the 2008 Jackson County Fair, which we attended on Friday. The rides were great, as was the food, and temperatures cooperated, staying at a much more comfortable 90 degrees at 5 p.m. versus the 100+ temperatures we have experienced in previous years in July here in Southern Oregon.

The headliner concert on Friday was The Beach Boys, who performed for the fun loving audience who filled the amphitheater. For the Country Western music lovers, live Country Music was performed over in the Dinner Theater near the food court. It was a beautiful evening with the full moon coming up after the fireworks display.
