We are very proud and honored to announce that Lisa Schlitz has joined Nestor and Katerina's real estate team here at International Properties and Investments, Inc. owned by Nestor and Katerina Gasset. Nestor Gasset is the broker here in Wellington Florida.

Lisa was a licensed agent in Georgia and then moved to Florida in 1998. Lisa and her husband were the owners of Re/Max Prestige and owned 2 offices, one here in Wellington Florida and one on Clematis Street in Downtown West Palm Beach Florida. They had many top agents in Wellington working for them in their office here. During part of this time, Nestor and I were working for another Re/Max office near Lisa's office. Our broker was their competitor.

Lisa is the mother of 3 children. Her youngest is a son who is 12 years old. Her hobby is running and she runs in the Race for the Cure each year.

Lisa brings great people skills with her and graces our team with great attention to detail and a desire to see that smile on a buyer's face when they find their dream home.

We already turned over a list of leads that have been coming in since Doug's passing. Lisa was quick to get right to business and left no stoned unturned in getting the emails and calls out to the buyer leads. I am sure that she is going to be a great asset to our team and our company.
