Boy this past weekend was a very busy one for me.  On Saturday, I hosted two Open Houses in Crescent City California.  In the morning I was hosting our new listing at 135 Dream Street, Crescent City, CA.  It is a newer 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in a newer neighborhood.  I had a few people drive by and slow down to look at the house and a few families came in for a walk through.  The other house I hosted was 210 Joaquin Street in Crescent City. This is also a nice and spacious 4 bedroom home on 0.30 acres with fire place and a double car garage with extra car port.  Right after these open houses, I also went to inspect a new listing in Smith River, just 20 miles north of Crescent City, took some pictures, spoke with the owners, and then drove 110 miles back home to Eureka, CA. 

Today, I met with a buyer that we are in contract with and escrow is about to close in a week.  We signed some some loan disclosures, property and seller disclosures and title documents.  We found some minor errors and will contact the title company tomorrow.  I thought today's meeting was only going to last about an hour, but we started at 11am and ended at 5pm!  When I sign papers with my clients, I make sure that they know and understand everything that we sign.  Luckily, my loan officer was also available on his cell phone for me to be able to call and ask him about any questions concerning the loan. 

Very busy weekend, but I love my job as a professional real estate agent and seeing the faces of my clients when they are able to walk into their first home, or my sellers putting the "sold" sign on the front lawn after months of having their home on the market.
