If you are looking into where in Texas would be a great place to live, CNNMoney.com may have given you your answer last week by publishing a list of the top 100 places in the USA to live. Round Rock came in at number 7 due to a number of factors. Round Rock has nearly tripled in population in 10 years; however, due to a strong tax base and city infrastructure, the growth has been managed very well. Quality of life here is strongly supported by the city government who provides superior parks and recreation. Texas Department of Transportation has also done a fine job of supporting the transportation growth here to manage traffic flow. Add to that shopping, education and entertainment venues that have developed here in the past 10 years and it is easy to see how Round Rock has managed to attract so many happy residents!
