A home inspector was up in the attic of a home that was for sale.  He was inspecting the roof and truss system with a flash light, it was very hot so he was moving fast.  Moving around a bit, he uncovered an old wooden box, slam full of older U.S. currency.  The face value of the money was well over $200,000, but because of its age it was surely worth much more.

This home was owned by an older man that died suddenly, earlier in the month.  He bought the home three years earlier, because it was next door to his oldest son.  The son was selling the house and instructed the building inspector to make sure the home was as "normal" as it could be.  He said he didn't want to have any surprises "OF ANY KIND."

The home inspector looked through the public records to find that this home had changed hands eight times over the last 30 years.  He then bought the home for $175,000.
