Very, nice posting... I and still in the decision making stage on services such as this but appreciate your posting and will consider it soon whit this good deal.

Thanks for the feedback.  I complete understand that this is a new, "unproven" method of marketing which is why we are offering the free 30 days with no committment from your side.  The market is difficult for all of us and the last thing we want to do is have agents spending money on something that is simply not going to work for them.  As you are working through any decision making please let me know what questions I can answer for you.

-   No contracts or messaging fees, or set up fees just the one $19.99 per month price

-   We offer listings in both English and Spanish, this is useful in some markets.

-   We send your usage reports directly to you on the frequency that you request

-   Our team personally checks each listing for accuracy, spelling, etc.

-   We offer sign riders with your customized listing data for $5.95

How does this compare to Mobile Agent?  and does this use an IDX feed?

My understanding of Mobile Agent is that it is primarily a search tool. HItxt competes with the Cell Signs product and not really the Mobile Agent product.  We offer a means to deliver property information to prospective buyers cell phones by having the text a short keyword to a short code.

Our product can use an IDX feed.
