You are correct as a matter of fact the law doesnt even require that negative items are reported at all. It is a voluntary system. As a matter of fact the law only requires that the information be validated prior to reporting. My people forget that the FCRA was put in place to PROTECT the PUBLIC from errouneous, unverifiable and obselet information from be reported to there credit reports.

you had me at hello. :) have you had success with agents committing to re-thinking their business. I am seeing a lot of agents work on their on-line business as they a have unfortunatly, too much time on hand.
