Great Customer Service goes a long way when it comes to establishing a deep and varied customer base. I look forward to helping all I encounter in minor and major ways.

Customer service is everything. In this industry I've averaged at the very least 2-3 referrals from a client that I've closed within the year of closing.
But how do we get good at it? Constant follow up, follow up, follow up!!! If you don't know the answer to a question, find out and get back to your client with the appropriate answer. And call you client for consistent updates.
