Addison's Towne Lake Townhomes 

There are currently 5 townhomes on the market, ranging from  $239,900 to $339,900.

Since January 1, 2008, there have been 2 sales in the complex, with $138.88 being the average price per sq. ft. (down from $141.40 for the previous 6 month period).  Homes sold from a low of $270,000 to a high of $293,000.  

The highest sale was at $140.93 per sq ft (down from $140.93 for the previous 6 months).
