I thought this was interesting, so, I am blogging. At Real Living, we offer our agents a few business planning tools / spreadsheets to assist our agents in creating a full business plan for each year. Two of our Florida franchisees, one in Ft. Lauderdale and the other in Orlando are instructing their agents to complete a customized business plan, then the office managers are meeting with their agents quarterly to ensure they are on target and then to provide assistance in reaching their business goals.

One agent we are recruiting in Ft. Lauderdale was shocked we provided that level of service to an agent. The point is, we truly care about growth and want our agents to be successful.

As I mentioned in my last blog, it’s about having value and assisting in growing our agent’s business.
