The Yorba Linda Real Estate Report for July 21st, 2008 follows:

There are 429 active listings. This consists of 362 Single Family Residences and 67 Condos.

There are 105 homes in escrow. This consists of 90 Single Family Residences and 15 Condos.

So far this month 29 homes have closed escrow. This consists of 23 Single Family Residences and 4 Condos.

Since our last post, 28 homes were listed, 21 went in to escrow, 4 closed escrow, 9 were taken off the market, 8 were put back on the market and 3 were put on hold.

Median Sold Price in June is $610,000.

Average Sold Price in June is $779,303.
