Xpert CMA Software

Please give me your opinion and or advice if you have used or are presently using the Xpert CMA software program.

The latest version out according to their web site is XpertCMA Full Suite System 6 for $199.00. Included in this package is the book "How the Real Estate Market Really Works" by Kerry D. Bodily, Xpert CMA Client Home Edition, and the Seller's Guide to Pricing Real Estate Competitively.

This software is recommended by a number of the Industies experts. But I would rather hear from someone who has hands on experence using the program.

Hi Mike,

I'm disappointed you didn't have any comments thus far. I'm very interested in CMA software as well and was lead to the Xpert CMA website through the website of David Knox.

I will keep an eye on your blog and hope someone comments on this software. I do believe I saw a link for a 15 day free trial. I'll check again and see if that's true.
