Your information is flawed and your listings are outdated.

There is no playground, pool, recreation area, tennis courts or clubhouse at Woodhall as your infomation says.   It isn't really equestrian themed although since the lots are so large there are 2 properties with horses on them...but 50+ without.

You indicate that lots are 1-2 acres but almost all are over 2 acres.   The minimum house size is 4600sf but most are significantly larger.   Several are well over 10,000sf.

You fail to list the schools even though they are some of the best in all of North Carolina and a prime reason many people move here.

While many upscale neighborhoods have not sold well in recent times, buyers have snapped up the bargains in Woodhall.   A year ago more than half the houses were empty or for sale but now there are only 6 left on the MLS and half of those listings are new.    Some of the recent purchases are also doing significant upgrades of private pools, additional garages, expensive barns, landscaping, etc.
