Does anyone know?  Did California split off into the Pacific Ocean during an earthquake sometime and nobody told me?

Is there really oceanfront property in Arizona now?

Something must have happened.

Telephones have stopped ringing...and Loan Officers have all vanished.

Mortgage Processors have forgotten how to use email...

Escrow officers, if they are still working, are doing it without their seven assistants [it's a world gone mad!]...

Lenders have stopped lending so,... borrowers have stopped borrowing...[imagine!]

All forms of communication have stopped working...perhaps the gamma rays from the sun have melted all the sattelites and cell-phone towers...that MUST be it!

I'm an Experienced, Professional Notary Signing Agent and I personally service all of Southern California as well as providing signing services nationwide through my own database of notaries.

Please prove me wrong by contacting me via email...

let me know that you are out there...I haven't given up hope!!

Next communication, morse code?

LOL! that was funny post but with a touch of reality... perhaps we should start working on building a new network of loan officers, real estate agents and escrow companies... I'm sure there is a new generation coming.  Long are the days where one could attend a weekend seminar about how to fill in "some of the blanks" on the 1003 loan application and that was it!

One would be named as of the next Monday following the seminar, "Loan Consultant", "Loan Officer", "Loan Specialist" and so on... wasn't that funny?

Ha! My phone has stopped ringing too, but I wouldn't go putting any down payments on that Arizona oceanfront property yet. This market's still moving --- just not very fast.
