Lately, we have not had much activity at the open houses.  Whether it be gas prices or consumer confidence, we were lucky to have one person walk through.  New Jersey news has not been favorable having lost Budweiser, Barr Pharma being bought out by Israel, and now Roche!  We are told that we have been in recession for 6 months.  Although we knew it, hearing it on the news confirms it.

We had so much activity on July 20th.  No, we did not get an offer, but it is so refreshing to see all of these people come out in 98 degrees!   We are on such a high right now that our optimism and energy is going to sell this home very quickly!  We have e mailed everyone who gave their email address also..... It was truly a great turnout and a great lift for us!  Never lose hope! This home is going to sell, end of story!

Congratulations! Even just having conversations with people with no closings coming out of it can be such a lift. I'm happy to hear the news.

Congratulations. We had an agent get 30 people through her listing last weekend. She and her partner did promote the Open House with a mailing an by alerting neighbors.  Good luck.  Veronica

This is good news!  I hope our open houses start to pick-up.

Ernie & Barb,  Congratulations on your successful Open House.  Even with the picture of the state reversed, I recognized NJ before I saw where you were from.  Born and raised on the Jersey shore.

Ernie and Barb - Glad to hear you saw some people at your open house.  It is definitely a hit or miss proposition.
