Michelle, great job on your listing. I noticed that the back of the house is brick and it looks like the front is siding...is that customary in Georgia? I just love how sweet it looks and you even got the mailbox in the photo. That is something out of my past...mailboxes here are in a kiosk. You should sell this in no time!

Gena, thanks for checking it out. The house is actually brick on 3 sides! This is very unusual and totally not typical of the market, where most are brick front and some sort of siding on the sides & rear. The former owner told this seller that they wanted the low maintenance of brick, but didn't like the look of it, so they put siding on the front only....go figure ;)

I hope it moves fast, I am the 3rd company it has been listed with! The last agent didn't even have photos on MLS and the owner doesn't think it was anywhere on the internet, other than where the MLS. I've already had 1 call today from craiglist, so here's praying!
