I am excited to tell you that our training event was AWSOME!!

IT WAS A COMPLETE SUCCESS. My thanks to Millenium Home Mortgage and especially to Mike Kelly who paralyzed the room. I would encourage all that are within our area to join us at the next event, which we are planning for September. It was extremely informative and the breakfast was great!

I think we did what we set out to do, and that is to provide Realtors in our area with value and solid tools they can use to grow their business. And the best part is, IT WAS FREE!

This was not intended as a recruiting event, nor did we attempt  to sell anything like training CD's or video's. As I said, our goal is to provide real value and solid tools that Realtors can use to grow their business. I know what you are thinking, why would anyone want to help me grow my business? I'll tell you. You may find value in what we have to offer and decide to join us, or something may change in the future with your current Broker and you decide to join us. The first comment I heard after the event was, my Broker never does anything like this for me.

Here's the best part of the day. We were able to sign 1 agent right after the event and have 3 more interviews scheduled. We also had 2 Realtors express interest in purchasing a Franchise, and 2 people signing on as an Affiliate Sponsor, (royalty sharing program for people associated with the real estate business, such as mortgage brokers, title agents, home inspectors who earn 5% of GCI from all agents referred to us)
