Brian - It looks like a nice property for that price. We understand that Florida, like California has had it's foreclosure woes. Are you beginning to see any signs of recovery! Here in the Sacramento area, we are seeing a significant number of homes sales compared to the same month a year ago. However, our prices have decreased for that same time frame.
