What is everyone's opinion on the real estate market here in St. Louis?

St. Louis real estate never really experienced major price inflations. Areas like Phoenix, San Diego, etc., were certainly more impacted, but I am just curious what some agents are seeing this last quarter with their listings.

How does your sales price compare to comps from 12 months ago?

What is the average time your listings has been on the market before it sells or expires?

what percentage of your listings are you selling or having to re-list because they expired?

Certain areas in St. Louis are still going relatively strong because of the school district. I know real estate that is in Ladue Schools still have relatively strong sales.
