Queen Creek, Arizona - Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre is Underway

Queen Creek Equestrian Sometimes you see a project and you just know it's going to be something good. The Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre is one of them.

It's the $15.9 million centerpiece of the 128 acrea master plan community that includes a level equestrian park, a variety of neighborhood parks and trailhead facilities. The entire system of parks trailheads and masterplan is expected to finished at an entire cost of $225 - 250 million.

Located at the Southwest Hawes and Riggs Road in Queen Creek it is bound to be a destination address for the southeast valley of Phoenix Arizona.

The Queen Creek area has grown so quickly that it has attracted the attention of large venue and commerce groups from around the nation. Several marquis projects are in the planning stages- this is one of several that has made it past the hurdle and is currently being constructed.

This looks like a great community. I know it would go over well around here. An equestrian center is always a good idea... :)

Debi- It would probably go over well anywhere. Though Arizona has quite a bit of horse property, a project of this magnitude simply doesn't exist... I imagine it will become a premiere destination for horse lovers.

Now I'm really jealous of you... living in a beautiful city AND adding an equestrian center to the mix! Wow.

Susie- I suspected that, of all people on the network, you'd find this one. My guess is that you'd be the number one sales agent in this area... who better to talk about horse property and the value of this place.

Chuck, wow, how perfect for the horse lover as well as the green space lovers. Looks like an awesome development.

Cynthia- I think it looks like a winner- I'd be surprised to see it be anything short of popular.

Teri- It caught me by surprise... I drove by yesterday and it's even bigger than I suspected.
