Part 2 of the Citifinancial debacle that has engulfed another unfortunate homeowner!!!!!! It is now going on week 16 that we have been trying to get Citifinancial (Junior Lien holder) to accept a lower pay off on a 2nd mortgage and restructure the remaining debt but yet give a lien release so that the 1st mortgage can be sold as a short sale. Once again the manager at the branch office has lied to us!!!!! She has sent a letter to the homeowner indicating that she was starting wage garnishment procedures. The 1st is scheduled to foreclose in September, so if the homeowner goes and pays Citi a payment then the garnishment won't happen but the foreclosure will so who do you think loses in the end???????
We all know the answer and the very one that stands to lose is too stupid to try to "work out" the problems and they even advertise about how they help people with the worst credit get loans!!!!! HHHHMMMMMM?????? not so!!!! NEVER USE CITIFINANCIAL it will be a big mistake!!!!!
