And you think your market is bad?

Obviously, I'm not an expert on the Detroit home market. I can only go off of what the national media is telling me, which can be very skewed. But it looks like there's foreclosure heaven in Detroit. Houses listed at $525,000 now auctioned off at $130,000. Here's the full story from Yahoo! news.

It makes me think, sometimes we get to feeling like things are terrible and our particular market is bad. The grass is looking greener on the other side. What you have to remember is that yes, the grass is always greener on the other side, but there's always someone else who's thinking that your grass is greener than theirs.

Until next time.
